INKON
2026
Positioning, identity and photography direction for INKON, a men's temporary tattoo brand. The ink lasts two weeks.
INKON had leads, sales and a product that worked. It sold to everyone, so it held nobody's attention. Growth meant more spend on generic ads.
We started with diagnosis and rebuilt the brand around one stance: tattoos for people who want to experiment with how they look, change their mind and move on. INKON gave up the crowd to own a corner.
