PIEGA
2026
Piega means fold in Italian. A self-initiated identity for a women's label, where each element starts as a sheet of paper that someone creases, turns over or cuts.
Il Rosso dentro, the red inside. Each garment keeps a red the street never sees: a lining, a hem tape, the back of a fold. The palette follows the same rule. Inchiostro and Carta hold the surface. Rosso shows where something opens.
The symbol, La Stella, is a paper pentagon folded into seven pieces, red on the back of each flap. The mark turns red as it folds. The wide grotesk wordmark prints itself in reverse, AGEIP, the way wet ink transfers when you close a page.
Thiago started from three of his own contact sheets. The check, the pinstripe and the lace in those frames became the Tessuti, four pattern fabrics. Four posters open the season.
